    We like to just things simple. Our terms and conditions are straight forward without the red tape!

    These terms and conditions were last updated on 21/10/2018. Use of our website and the sale and purchase of goods from the website are governed by our terms and conditions as set out below. “We” or “Our” means www.trade-angel.com. “You” or “your” means the person accessing, using or ordering from our website over the Internet. Additional Terms and Conditions apply to all users of our services.

    Shopify.com hosts this website and provides various services including payments services on behalf of www.trade-angel.com. Goods are supplied by www.trade-angel.com directly to you and the contract of sale then exists between you and www.trade-angel.com. These terms and conditions cover all sales made through this website.

    Prices, description and availability of goods

    Prices are subject to change without notice and all goods are sold subject to availability. Prices are shown in GBP.

    Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will automatically refund you for the item.

    Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of Internet technology. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.

    Payment methods

    You may order online using PayPal and the other built in card processing systems. These are provided by Shopify.com. Trade Angel do NOT store or process any of your card details. You should NOT give your card details over the phone to our operatives as we have no facility to process card payments from our offices.

    Offers & Promotions

    Please be aware that only one Offer or Promotion Code can be used in conjunction with each order. (i.e a free courier offer cannot be used together with a discount promotion code). Our system will automatically calculate which is the most advantageous offer for each order. Voucher codes or offers cannot be added to your order after the order has been placed.

    Your shopping basket displays the goods you have purchased with an indication of the delivery timescale. We will notify you if your goods are not able to be despatched within this timescale. Very occasionally we may find that an item in the warehouse is damaged or does not otherwise comply with our stringent quality control criteria.

    Delivery arrangements – our 90 minute promise

    We operate in London, a busy City and from time to time traffic conditions do become impossible.

    We operate over a limited geographical range and go to great lenghts to make the 90 minute promise realistic.

    We aim to get you your goods in 90 minutes from time of order however we cannot guarantee this or be liable in any way for the failure of delivery in the stated time.

    However, we will, at our sole digression, usually refund the courier charge if we miss the 90 minute delivery promise.

    Your shopping basket displays the goods you have purchased with an indication of the delivery timescale. We will notify you if your goods are not able to be despatched within this timescale, e.g. some ‘large size’ goods such as ladders may take longer.

    The costs for delivery are flat rate for the areas we cover. Please note that there may be some products that we do not ship to certain destinations, which will be indicated in the shopping basket.

    Any delivery times quoted are estimates. Refunds for missing parcels will be issued in accordance with any required waiting period or time frame as set our courier company and/or their insurers.

    Cooling off period and cancellation / returns

    We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us.

    Offensive or age restricted material & product safety

    Almost all of the products that we sell on this site are unsuitable to use by child or young people unsupervised. It is your responsibly to carry out appropriate RAMs (risk asesments and method statements) before utilizing the products that we supply By placing an order for products you declare that you are understand this and agree to this.
