The job is dual hatted working for Trade Angel which is a new disruptor in the Building Materials and DIY Materials distribution sector with our unique, ultra-rapid, 90 minutes delivery and OLBC Ltd which is a highly respected player in the high-end residential construction market. There is obvious synergy between the roles.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can, via social media, make ordering your paint from Trade Angel as natural as booking an Uber or getting your meal from Deliveroo. And equally create and curate content that persuade the affluent that OLBC is the designer and contractor of choice for them.

The ideal candidate will understand and be able to shape our social media presence and make it light hearted but at the same time communicate the real value of our proposition.


The candidate will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience of gaining engagement and traction.


Responsibilities

Research target audience and discover current trends

Create highly engaging text, video, and image content

Monitor web traffic and understand the impacts

Develop optimal posting schedule


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

Experience as a social media coordinator

Strong communication, multitasking and analytical skills
